One licence, one machine. A licence is a small signed file. You paste it into the app’s activation screen and Kea is unlocked on that machine.

Checked offline. No activation server, no account, no request to us. A licence can carry an expiry date or none.

Nothing is metered. There is no per-case, per-event or per-log counting, and no seat check against a server, because the app never talks to one. How much data you analyse is your business.

If a licence expires, your imported logs stay where they are, untouched, until a new licence is in place.

Then a quote. Tell us how many machines and people need the app, and for how long, and we send a figure. Licences are issued per machine, so the count is simply the number of computers Kea will run on.

Installers for macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows come with the licence.
